Have a laugh on me

We're not all in the same boat, some of us struggle to even get in the boat!

I laugh in the face of fear

I was trawling back through some old photos to find something and came across this beauty!

It was my hen’s night and it was hilarious. I had the limo, sash, and lots of good girlfriends who made sure I had a night to remember – not that I did – remember it that is.

I think as one of my hen's night challenges I had to serenade a man, I hope that is what I'm doing

I think as one of my hen’s night challenges I had to serenade a man, I hope that is what I’m doing.

I suppose I don’t have that much shame and will do pretty much anything I’m asked to – now don’t go getting any ideas – unless you want to pay for me to jump out of a plane in a gorilla suit because I’ll definitely do that.

This beauty also came to light – would you be surprised to learn this is not my real hair – I swear.

I love the mullet

I love the mullet

I gotta say I’m thankful that I have the balls to do and say pretty much what I think.

Not to the point to where I’m rude or offensive but that if I don’t know something I have no qualms at all about asking – even if it makes me look like a wally or slightly simple.

I’m also thankful that my friends and family know and accept this about me!

Do you let fear of being judged hold you back from asking things or speaking your mind?

Author: Have A Laugh On Me

I'm a mum to three, write from home and I rarely cook, craft or clean but admire those who do. I try to live by the mantra that there's no point in worrying about something that might not happen! Be warned this is not a fluffy, sweet mummy blog, rather a place where you can cringe, laugh and be shocked at my brutally honest take on my life.

  1. Love the photos!! I used to be a real party girl when I was younger but think I’ve become a lot more reserved as I’ve got older. Bit of a shame as I think it would do me the world of good to let loose and have some fun!! Could be possible but definately would need a few wines to get me on my way LOL

  2. I love the photos! You seem like my kind of person! the more fun the better!
    I love the hair 😉

  3. I think it’s so healthy to be able to laugh at yourself and not take life too seriously – even if it does leave you looking a bit like old-school Craig McLachlan! Your hen’s party looks like it was a blast too!

  4. Loving the hair! I think I might need to let my hair down more often! Love it!

  5. I love this!!!! I love being in the company of people who know how to have fun, one of my best friend sounds very similar to you!!! Your attitude is fab! Thanks so much for linking up xxx

  6. I love these photos. I have so much fun sharing my crazy photos, sometimes the kids and I just pull faces at the camera until with cry with laughter! I almost always speak my mind 🙂
