Such a gorgeous locust, it was a little sick so my sister rescued it and put in the bushes, much to the amusement of many guests who look like they wouldn’t go near a bug if they were paid to
I LOVED my time away but was so happy to see my three babies!
I have to mention that my lil’ sister forfeited her ticket to get me home on time to see my children.
She had to wait another 16 hours to get on a plane home and only just made it to work on time – but she knew how much I wanted to get back home to my darlings – WHAT A ROCK STAR!!
Now that is love 🙂

Looks like so much fun, my sisters and mum do a spa weekend every 3 months and they are the best! By the end of it I always want to get home though.
February 22, 2013 at 11:12 am

Looks like you got to have some fun! Nice coconuts! I want the swimming pool.
February 22, 2013 at 11:16 am
It took us about 10 minutes to walk around the whole thing – it goes around the outside of EVERY room pretty much – with most guests having access to it from their private balconies!!!
February 20, 2013 at 11:37 pm
Hi Em, we stayed at the Sea Temple resort for our honeymoon-so jealous. Nice coconuts, i bet your kids are loving having you home.
February 22, 2013 at 11:19 am
That would have been awesome – it was so full of lovey dovey kissy cuddly honeymooners!! Coconuts slightly wonky – a bit like mine 🙂
February 21, 2013 at 4:32 am
Looks like you had an awesome time!
February 22, 2013 at 11:20 am
To just be able to do nothing and say nothing – it was divine 🙂
February 21, 2013 at 9:47 am
Looks like you had such a good time!
I want that “bugger off” sign. It would go perfectly near my desk somewhere. It is one of my favourite Aussie-isms.
February 22, 2013 at 11:21 am
I totally love that saying also – nick off is close second!! xx Thanks for visiting hun
February 21, 2013 at 10:20 am
Looks fabulous! Where di you stay, I wanna swim in that pool!
February 22, 2013 at 11:21 am
It’s called Sea Temple Resort in Port Douglas – Google it and SOO go there without kids one weekend to treat yourselves xx
February 21, 2013 at 10:59 am
GOD i love Port Douglas! Went there for my honeymoon – we did the teletubby thing on the reef too – those stinger suits are SO sexy. Your photos rock – my favourite is the pool shot. SO hot – you give good blue steel. Take me with you next time PLEASE!
February 22, 2013 at 11:24 am
It was my first time there – lovely. I’ve done a 4-day yacht tour of the reef, with my sister as my own personal tour/dive guide – I’m a lucky ducky! You look tiny so I’m sure I’ll be able to stuff you in my suitcase somewhere 😉 xx
February 21, 2013 at 7:48 pm
What a fabulous holiday! beautiful pics, but that isn’t a locust, it’s a cicada. Still gorgeous 😉
xx
February 22, 2013 at 11:25 am
I was so hoping that if it wasn’t a locust someone would tell me – thanks Lisa – it’s GORGEOUS hey!!
